Where are Pets247 orders shipped from?

We ship all your orders from our warehouse in Melbourne.

How long does delivery take?

We endeavour to send your orders out as quickly as possible.  We provide you with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.  When your order leaves our warehouse, your order is then in the hands of a variety of courier services (eg: Australia Post, Couriers Please, Star Track etc).  At certain times of the year the courier system can be overwhelmed and there may be delays that are outside of our control.  See our Shipping page for shipping times in your region.

Where can Pets247 deliver my order to?

We ship Australia wide and anywhere a standard courier can delivery to.  In some remote areas you may find the couriers will leave your order with the nearest post office until you are able to collect.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO boxes.  But please note, if we are restricted to PO Box deliveries, this may reduce our ability to offer the cheapest postal service for your region.

Can I get a delivery time for my order?

Unfortunately, most couriers do not have a standard time of day that goods are delivered.  Delivery times tend to vary greatly, depending on the route, traffic and current weather conditions.

How much will shipping cost me?

All orders vary in size, weight and quantity, therefore it is difficult to gauge the exact cost.  However, we have a smart calculator built into our website which allows our system to select the best price and service for your area.  You can calculate your shipping costs during the checkout process and prior to adding any personal details.

Where is my order?

Once you have placed your order with Pets247, you will be sent a tracking number via email.  Once you receive it, please allow 24 to 48 hours before tracking the package.

What if I received my order and it’s damaged?

In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is damaged, please email our customer service team info@pets247.com.au and we will assist you further.

How do I cancel or change an order?

You can cancel or change your order before it leaves our warehouse by contacting our customer service team info@pets247.com.au and we will assist you further.

Can I visit Pets247 in person?

We are an eCommerce business only which means we are not set up to have guests in our warehouse.  This allows us to concentrate on giving our customers the best possible service we can offer and ensure your order is sent out in a timely manner without any distractions.

I don't see my favourite brand on your site. What can I do?

If you have an item that is not currently stocked, please email our customer service team info@pets247.com.au and we will assist you further.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you’d like to return or exchange a product from your order, please reach out to our customer service team info@pets247.com.au who will assist you further.  Our team will guide you through the options available to you.  However, please understand that changing your mind is not an option.
